Our Shipping Policy

We like to make shipping as straightforward as possible currently we ship our products worldwide. We are a Canadian based company and we offer calculated rates to all countries.

Our Products are primarily warehoused Canada and also have suppliers in the US and overseas which can result in varied shipping times. Shipping calculation is dependant on the product origin and shipping destination and also the dimensional weight (total length x width x height and also weight in kg) of the package.

Shipping rates can also depend on your products selected and product location. Our prices range whether you are shipping in the United States, Canada, or Worldwide. This will calculate automatically at checkout. 

All orders from our warehouse will be processed and shipped out within 48 hours. Orders from our manufacturers' warehouse with be placed the same day and shipped out typically within 48 hours (varies per manufacturer).

UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS

For items shipping from our own warehouse, we offer Calculated Shipping Rates to anywhere the US. Shipping times can range from 3-7 business days.

For items from our manufacturers' warehouse, the shipping can depend on the product. Some items travel overseas and can take 10-24 business days and are sent using ePacket or Express Air Mail.

Note that shipping times may vary or take even longer due to customs and border delays that can occur without notice. Please be advised that we have no control over this portion of the service so we cannot be held responsible for any non-arrivals of our products due to customs seizures.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

For items from our own warehouse, we offer Calculated Shipping Rates to anywhere the Canada. For customers in the BC or Alberta, we can also offer a Flat Rate Shipping option from $7.99 - $12.99. Shipping times here can range from 1-7 business days and are sent with an Expedited Parcel service. 

For items from our manufacturers' warehouse, the shipping can depend on the product. Some items travel overseas and can take 10-24 business days and are sent using ePacket or Express Air Mail.

Customers in the Greater Victoria BC region are offered a Local Delivery option.
