To check you order status, go to the Account button at the top right hand corner next to the Search and Cart buttons. In your account page on the left side you will see the order status.
If you are interested in tracking you package, you should have received a tracking number in your order conformation email. From there you will need to go the carrier website that was used for shipping your order, and use the tracking number to located your order.

Shipping times within Canada can range from 3-5 business days depending on the product. For local or regional orders, we may use a local courier or delivery service. which can take 1-3 business days.
For US Customers
Shipping times can range from 5-10 business days depending on the items. Things like contents, size and weight can change these times as well as carrier delays that are out of our control.
Note that shipping times may vary or take even longer due to customs and border delays that can occur without notice. Please be advised that we have no control over this portion of the service so we cannot be held responsible for any non-arrivals of our products due to customs seizures.
Currently we can offer shipping to anywhere in Canada and the U.S. Typically we don't offer shipping outside of these countries, but If you are looking to order from Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico, South America, Central America, or Europe, please inquire through our Contact Us page before checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping costs for orders outside of the Canada may vary depending on the destination. These prices are calculated on the checkout page, but typically it will follow standard pricing.
We want you to be satisfied with Suppliesbnb's experience and service so our return policy lasts 30 days from the time of purchase. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item or unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Suppliesbnb retains the right to refuse or approve the return based on the condition of the items being returned. Once a Return is approved, then the funds will be processed back to the customers account.
Laundered items are not acceptable for return because they can not be re-sold due to health concerns.
